Filtering on relationship does not work

Describe the bug
Cannot filter rows that do not have a relationship.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create two tables with a relationship between them
2. Populate both tables
3. Create relationships on some rows but not all
4. Create a view on one table that tries to filter out where the relationship value is not present.

Expected behavior
Should be able to filter rows where relatedTable.columnName is empty, is not empty, equals, does not equal, etc
