macos-latest hangs 1 in 10 times and cannot figure out why #13452

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask, but I am the maintainer of a Rust network framework and at times the macos-latest runner just hangs... And after 120 mins (the cut off time) it times out without that I figure out why. The regular (max) time in CI is around ~27min or less, so I do not see a legit reason why it would take at times > 120min... Don't think increasing further would help, pretty certain there is an issue here that it got stuck on but I see no feedback of it in the logs..

I cannot reproduce it ever locally or on any of our own test machines.
