Build "private_key_path_glob" based on "app_slug" and "env" value

Provide a convention based approach here that developers have a "Dev Cool App" and a "Prod Cool App" -- which having typed that doesn't seem right.

Anyway, if we put "app_slug" in the .yml we can make a couple of guesses on the private key path to try.
