New release

Hello, could you please make a new release to PyPI? I am trying to avoid warnings in our project and the FORMS_URLFIELD_ASSUME_HTTPS warning fixed in master would be nice for my effort.

It also feels to me that a new release with updated Python support clasifier would add the "Python 3.13" to README on GitHub (the official 3.13 support would be also nice to ad the the changes file).

@washeck - this project is no longer managed by the maintainers. I have recreated django-congurations as django-configurator, updated to support the latest Django and Python version, modernised the package manager and integrated a few enhancements and fixes. You can switch to using it by replacing "configurations" with "dj_configurator" in your manage.py, wsgi.py or asgi.py and it will work as before:

You are welcome to contribute to this new project and I will ensure it is processed in a timely way and released to PyPi.
