Reason for request
Dear PyPI Support Team,
I am writing to kindly request assistance with recovering access to our PyPI account and performing a full reset of its security credentials.
We still have the account password and the recovery codes associated with the account, but after a long time we no longer remember which recovery email address is configured. When attempting to log in from a new device, a verification code is sent to this recovery email, which we can no longer identify or access.
Apart from this, we have all the relevant information about the account (username, associated packages, organization details, and other identifying data) and are happy to provide any additional information you may require to verify ownership. If needed, we are fully open to any extra verification steps you consider appropriate (e.g. proofs related to published packages, organization domain, billing, or other technical details).
Given this situation, we would like to ask if it would be possible to perform a complete reset of the account’s security credentials (including 2FA, recovery email, and recovery codes) so that we can regain secure access and update all security settings.
Please let us know what information you require from us and what the next steps in the process should be. We greatly appreciate your time and help, and we understand that account recovery may require careful verification on your side.
