Reason for request

I have lost access to my two-factor authentication (2FA) app and do not have any recovery codes for my PyPI account (or at least I don't remember I ever generated them). I am unable to log in or generate an API token.
My username is lanzv.
I kindly request assistance to recover access to my account so I can manage and upload my packages.
