[Bug]: Table View properties are not available when opening linked document

What happened?

1. Create a Table View, and add some properties to it.
2. Create a new row. Open the row and convert it to a linked doc.
3. Return to the Table View.
4. Click the "Expand" button on the row to view the row in "Center Peek" mode. Notice that the table properties are available. Return to the Table View.
5. Click the document name (or "Untitled" if you didn't give it a name) to open the doc directly. Notice the table properties are not available.
