[Feature Request]: Custom Block Editor

Description

We need a convenient editor for the context block. The type, display, and accompanying behavior of the block must be declaratively determined by the user.

Use case

For example, I want to mark some context (simple text or a list) as a Requirement. Separate requirements (blocks) should be linked using standard links on the canvas, and such links and block identifiers should be stored. Then backtracking will be available to me. And I will be able to implement contextual search for blocks and canvas.
