SUMMARY

Add initial Romanian (ro) translations

The translations are currently incomplete and may contain minor terminology or phrasing inaccuracies, but they provide a solid starting point for Romanian language support and can be refined through follow-up contributions.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set the Superset UI language to Romanian (ro).
2. Refresh the application.
3. Verify that translated strings appear correctly where available and that untranslated strings fall back to English.
4. Confirm no UI regressions or rendering issues are introduced.
